There are no required fields beyond a way to reach you. The more you share, the better the proposal — but a sentence is a fine place to start.

If your dates or budget don’t suit the journey you have in mind, we will say so, and suggest what would. Honest counsel is the point; a proposal you don’t need is no use to either of us.
